Long nails can be a pathway for germs to enter the body through the mouth. So, teach your little one how to cut nails and make it a habit to cut her nails when it's long.

5. Close your mouth when coughing or sneezing

Disease-causing germs can spread easily through the air. Therefore, Mother and Father must teach Little to cover the nose and mouth with a tissue, or at least with the elbows, when sneezing.
